HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed we allow 21 days, but in reality we target a 10 – 12 day turn-around time. But due to mailing irregularities sometimes things may take a bit longer.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Click the tracking link to follow the status of your order.

Once you have placed your order you can check the status of it on the website under ‘Track Order’, you will find this at the top of the webpage. You will need to provide your order number and your email address you used to place the order.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Each individual country have different customs and duties charges, and if these charges are enforced it will be the responsibility of the person receiving the goods to pay these charges.

We try and reduce the chances of you paying any fees by limiting the amount of purchases for each order.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A RETURNED ITEM?

Due to Importing laws in different countries we only allow 2 items to be bought per purchase. This will usually increase the speed of delivery as well as it generally avoids delays on arrival.

HAVE WE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED GOODS?

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your product and for us to process your exchange or refund.

MY ORDER IS FAULTY / DAMAGED OR INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
