Once your order has been placed we allow 21 days, but in reality we target a 10 – 12 day turn-around time. But due to mailing irregularities sometimes things may take a bit longer.
When you place your order after approximately 24 hours information will be under ‘tracking’ on our website. This will give you updates on the status of your product. When it has been sent you will be able to see your tracking number on here also.
If the product is returned in its original packing then a full refund will be made exclude postage fees. The return would need to be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.
Due to Importing laws in different countries we only allow 2 items to be bought per purchase. This will usually increase the speed of delivery as well as it generally avoids delays on arrival.
Because the products are sent by registered post we can see when they have been received. If the goods have been sent to the incorrect address due to a fault by us, then a replacement would be sent out free of charge, if the address is incorrect because of mistake from the purchaser, then the goods would need to be repurchased.
We source direct from the manufacturers, some of the product we sell may have a stitch wrong here or there and can’t be sold in shops at full price. We also source our product from other retailers who have old stock, or stock which they need to off-load.
Yes, all our product is new
We do obviously make money, but we don’t put much margin on each. Because we are able to keep our overheads low we can then pass these savings onto our customers.
